Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling As a small business owner, it is really important that we ask for respect in informing us of any changes as far in advance as possible. Obviously, we understand that emergencies happen but if we do not get enough time to fill your spot, we will have to use discretion on whether to charge you the fees or not.

Less than 48 hours incur 50% charge of service. Less than 24 hours notice or no shows will incur the full fee of the service booked. Rescheduled bookings made less than 48 hours, a deposit will be asked to make the future booking, if no booking is made, the cancellation terms will apply. On the day and no shows incur full charge of service and a deposit for future bookings.

 

Late arrivals Late arrivals will unfortunately forfeit your treatment time, so give yourself plenty of time to arrive on time to get your full allocated time! Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time.

Thursday:     10am - 2pm

Friday:          10am -  1pm
